How do I enter a competition?

Choose a competition, pick your tickets (or take a lucky dip), answer the question and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or your wallet. Your ticket numbers are emailed to you and listed under My tickets & orders.

Where is my purchase email?

Confirmation emails usually arrive within 10-15 minutes. Check your junk folder first; your tickets are always visible in your account.

Where can I see my entries?

Every ticket you hold is listed under My tickets & orders, and every competition has a public entry list.

How will I know when I win?

Draws are streamed live. Winners are contacted by phone or email within 7 days of the closing date and have 14 days to claim.

Can anyone enter?

Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the UK.

Can I enter for free?

Yes – every competition has a free postal entry route. The address and rules are on each competition page.

Can I get a refund on my entries?

Entries are final once purchased, except where a competition is voided. See the terms and conditions.

If I win, do I have to be in promotional material?

We may publish the winner’s first name and county. Anything more is with your agreement.

How do I use my wallet or a coupon?

Wallet credit and coupons are applied at checkout. Top up your wallet under Wallet.
